I'm having a difficult time wrapping my head around his reasoning. Is he saying that Americans/Texans will rape immigrants?
His pledge to "eliminate rape" seems more like a pledge to legitimize the act.

😅 That person is simply mentally and ethically broken. I still try to understand why the electorate in that state vote for someone like that. That state is the lowest in quality of life in the US.
