what do you mean with this? that AVX10.x isn't coming? (it is) or that E-cores aren't "efficent"? (they are certainly die area efficient; Intel has always been careful to never say "power" efficient as that's not the goal)
yes, but what the text you screenshotted means is that E-cores will, eventually, acquire AVX10.x capabilities (most likely only the /256 subset), which is not a lie nor a broken promise, as that is the plan, and in the pipeline for future architectures
