I did not know Eden very well, but we were mutuals and had friends in common. There is nothing useful I feel I can really say other than that she deserved more, and she deserves to be remembered, and she deserves justice, even if she likely will not get it.

Whenever you see headlines and news stories about Jared Kushner or whoever investing in Saudi Arabia or a company partnering with their wealth fund or anything like that, remember Eden and what that country did to her and has done to thousands more innocents.

I remember when this story came out, reading the note and nearly breaking down. I was at school at the time. I didn't know a whole lot about her but she had my respect. But knowing of her passing, knowing that I lived on while she was suffering and tormented... it didn't feel fair. RIP Eden. ☀️
