The bill effectively criminalizes all pornography nationwide by rewriting and broadening the legal definition of obscenity.
Since obscenity is not protected by the 1st amendment, this bill would make it so that they can call all porn obscene, then censor and/or proscecute anyone distributing it
It is ALREADY illegal to sell or distribute obscene material, or to produce or even possess it with intention to sell or distribute it.
That's my understanding, at least.
I am also comforted by the fact that Pornhub and many of its affiliated sites are Canadian.
So getting a VPN might be in order.
