And not to belabor, but cops with no degree get paid more than teachers with masters degrees. Make that make sense.

Tho, European nations have in many ways tested and proven models for policing, education, and social services for decades. So we don't need to reinvent the wheel, simply apply proven methods from functioning democracies which now are not one...
