I don’t know about the others, but Marcy Kaptur’s reasoning was that he broke decorum in the House. She seems to value sanctity of Congress rules over party. If so, someone should’ve done a censure on Boefart and Butch Body when they had the chance.

This illustrates the difference between dems and the GOP. The GOP will hold their nose and vehemently support their errant members no matter what they did. Dems are not nearly as supportive of their members and are quick to distance themselves from controversy.
