According to what I've read, a grand jury has to decide if first degree murder charges are brought against suspect in Minnesota so they will have to go through that process.

It may be that second degree is what is accurate for the state. AG Ellison would not be likely to pull any punches. No one will go easy on him.

I will note that’s if he were a browner shade he’d have had a much higher chance of being shot by cops. But he will stand trial.

He planned it and he killed 2 and shot 2 others. He fired at police and tried to shoot the Hoffman's daughter but hit her mother when she blocked the shots.
But, it wasn't enough for a 1st degree murder charge???

I already said I didn't have a complaint about the rest of you post. Although, and I am not an expert here, I wonder if that would make it easier for a federal co-op and pardon. I'll have to look into that...
