She wakes back up in the Crystarium and at Arbert's insistence, looks outside to see the perpetual Light returned to Norvrandt. As she ventures outside, her emotions give way as she crumbles to her knees, wailing into Sarius' chest. He doesn't say anything, just holds her and cries with her.

Sin Eater had passed and harm wouldn't be done to the Source.

Just before the start of Endwalker, she had only begun to physically revert back. Her eyes were back to their normal colors and while her green highlights were back, it would take time for the blue of her hair to return.
