Ok, so someone replied to this thread affirming that show Siuan is a lesbian. I asked them, politely, if this was ever mentioned in the show. I don't recall it, but I admitted I may have missed something.

Instead of replying, they reposted my post with a comment about people thinking a lesbian just hasn't met the right man yet. They won't see my reply because I blocked them. I don't have time to waste on someone who is so quick to tar someone they disagree with and put words in their mouth.

My reply: "Where do I say anything about meeting the right man? All I did was point out that many are quick to assume someone in a same sex relationship is lesbian or gay. Someone can be in a happy monogamous relationship but still be bisexual. I'd appreciate words not being put in my mouth."

And there might be 2 others (Elayne and Aviendha). It's not outside the realm of possibilities that Siuan, Moiraine, or both could be bisexual and that they could be polyamorous. Can we stop assuming people in same sex relationships are automatically gay or lesbian?
