Ah no worries! And for what it’s worth we are an approved supplier at many institutions, and becoming set up as one is really easy (doing this for another Russell Group uni just this week in fact)

That's good to hear! I have very little power as an independent researcher working with university departments - they usually write their preferred supplier into the contract. But I can mention you if they don't have a preference

Not surprised by this at all — and the approved/preferred thing as I say is v often just historic, and if they’re in any way disability-minded AND need to write in extra proof of that into, say, funding apps, we’re quite a good fit! Always happy to chat to anyone unsure too

Its useful but not essential, and we train everyone—but transcribers benefit from being competent typists for obvious reasons, and editors benefit from being competent with document/text editing
