At this point they’re using lawsuits as toilet paper. They don’t care about the rule of law. And every time a democrat rage tweets about something being illegal they laugh and double down.
Actually, the reason they're bitching is the lawsuits cannot be used as toilet paper. They are like sticks in the spokes of guys like Trump, Musk and Vance. Musk acting outside the law says he never believed in the rule of law in the first place...
They can't do "fork in the road", they may not be able to mandate "return to office", they have to continue funding USAID and they have to remove their hacks from the Treasury Department data. And the lawsuits are just getting started...

They should cost nothing, as any government expenditure on DOGE is not authorized by law. And no payments can be made to DOGE under current budget law, since we are under a Continuing Resolution...
