Absolutely, when we get rid of this monster, we need to reaccess our laws, where there are loopholes to allow a monster like tRump to come to power, they need to be rescinded, but most of all we need enforceable ethics reform for congress and SC, and honorable men to adhere and enforce our laws.

Congress cannot oversee the judicial branch. But the Senate could have voted against Trump's nominee Pam Bondi to head the DOJ but they confirmed & gave her the job. The remedy is - us. Now.

I think it should share custody with the judicial branch, so that its enforcers can check the power of each other. Giving congress the power of the purse AND the enforcement mechanism for laws, while acknowledging that gerrymandering has compromised congress, means that those powers must be shared!!
