She can track all she wants. Push come to shove, they have no compliance mechanism, as U.S. Marshals fall under the Executive Branch, as you know.

Well, at least for civil contempt orders, the courts can appoint other people to enforce them. We'll be real deep in uncharted territory if that happens, but it is an option.

They can try. I don't think it'll fly very far when Marshals start arresting those appointed to attempt to serve such things.
