For men - sure. But, for women, having a baby means you lose many of your choices about your body. It does shit you can't imagine and then, if you're lucky, you can retrieve some of your choices back. But you are not always lucky. Sometimes you are simply changed and it does not change back.

I agree to disagree! I’ve observed individuals who maintain a healthy diet, avoid junk food, and engage in regular exercise yet still struggle with weight gain and belly fat. It’s essential to recognize that everyone is unique and their health needs may vary.
