There was a problem with game files being missing from the disks on the monkey island anthology.
DRM of some sort on one of the switch doom releases.
It’s an ongoing QC nightmare there.

I only ever use them for actual Indie and middle market games now. In the past I did buy a few special Knick knacks like the classic doom helmet (just that not the games), and it’s a fun curio, but most of their collectibles suck.

There might also be more scrutiny put upon the actual quality of their products now that they're using extremely famous and valuable "prestige" IPs. Like paying a premium for a small indie game with cute plastic items is easier to swallow when you know it's for a niche thing that isn't marketed much
