That level of moderation has allowed our community to be very welcoming to actual discussion, even on political disagreements without devolving into an acid pool.

That hasn't changed on Second Wind either. Will always make room for decent people not being assholes on the internet for a living.

One thing I'm extremely proud of is making sure that, to the best of my ability, the team is never exposed to all the nonsense I moderate out and that they can just 100% focus on what they're making and enjoy interacting with the community.

Much respect for doing this work for your team. It's never easy but it is always important to take care of the people who are working with you. Especially when they're really passionate about their work. At the end of the day, we can't please everyone
