I think like with stroke, it’s hard to treat what you haven’t diagnosed. If we only did cerebral angiograms and no mris for patients with hemiparesis, a lot of strokes aren’t getting recognized or the necessary secondary prevention, even if the ones with visible clots are getting thrombectomy
