In my opinion this should be a free pre-installed game on every Switch 2, since its sole purpose is to show and demonstrate the capabilities of the console itself.

I think their policies have been Byzantine, but not necessarily anti-consumer. They’ve typically been price sensitive compared to Sony and Microsoft.

I can accept $450 for the console because of the tariff situation, but charging for a essentially a welcome video and $80 for games is crazy to me

I don’t understand why Europeans have to pay the most for Switch2. In the USA S2 is 450$, this would be around €406, yet we have to pay €470.
Yen price 69.980 would be around €430.

Prices in the USA don't include taxes. 406 € + 21% of VAT (for example here in Spain) would be 491 €. So you could say it's actually cheaper in Europe
