Trump, without Congress, is dismantling the Department of Education. He orders Chief Justice Roberts to "stop the injunction now!" This is a dictatorship—no more three branches, just Trump. Martial law is next. Arrests without due process. Democracy is over.
I'm not 100% sure it is, because the citizens have the 2nd amendment, and the military and police are relatively small in number, and most service members wouldn't follow illegal orders to oppress US Citizens.
The real problem is that most guns, training, and ammo are in the hands of right-wingers.
I am not sure the people can impeach a president. But, citizens can sign a petition to remove a politician from office. It has never been done on a national scale, but now seems to be a good time to start.

You under estimate how much trouble the US is in. Trump is setting the US up to lose it'sdemocracy. The Left needs to get ready to fight, normal politics will do next to nothing.
