THIS is the winning strategy. CA leading alone can leverage protection for blue states against trump severe force. Trump will think twice with the large economy. Maybe leverage harm federally as well. Risk mitigation

The entire west coast acts has acted in unison in recent past. Think Covid restrictions (both the onset and dismantling of) as well as cannabis laws. They tend to follow suit. Not a promise but a suspicion.
