I misread this, no bc this isn’t about disqualification but disconnecting state from federal authority until the constitution is restored. I’m sure they know what it’s referencing to now, my apologies

If applicable this will vary from state. CA has codified protections away from federal but other states may not. I’m working on something in this effort but this works too. For states without federal is important since our states derived from federal under this provision and it’s supreme per S2

So…I probably shouldn’t do this if I live in Utah…? 😞 they’re all on his side anyway.
The times I have been involved w/ our state government, they’ve proven over and over they do not care about 🫐 or really anyone who doesn’t have their traditional Christian values. Or even morals imho.

I’d say it’ll be a waste of your energy. If possible when you can donate to ACLU. Blue states should be the one carrying weight it’s unrealistic to expect it from states where govt is default Trump imho. Do what you can but don’t compromise safety or mental health

Yessss! Restoration needed before states are bound to the feds including the admin state like ice and doge. It protects against retaliations as are happening already. They’re our last line of defense and honestly to reduce harm to other states leveraging our weight

Honestly, I'm worried that this is what they want. A constitutional convention to completely redo society the way they prefer. With the way they're controlling social media, they'll garner support for their cause all too easily.

This isn’t a Constitutional convention though it’s invoking powers that already exist without convention needed. Convention is Article 5 🙂
