Yes, especially when you consider that we once thought Roe V Wade couldn’t be overturned. Anything is possible with a tyrant in charge.

Once they fix their gender bill it’s going to be precedent for federal abortion plan. It’s all calculated. At a point, a split must occur bc it will happen sooner than later. Birthright ruling will confirm how compromised courts are

The problem is the Supreme Court could rule in his favor changing or dodging the actual process. If the do it one time the whole constitution is up for grabs. This is how the other guy 89 years ago got control.

It has to be changed at the Constitutional level, no? Through the process to amend the Constitution, not just with the courts. This is not up to interpretation. It states is plainly in 14.1.

Exactly right . Too much scare tactic has been given to EO . Much of EO or judicial decision should have resulted in clearer language in the form of amendment. Decision reversal is now too common due to a politicized SCOTUS.
