Their actions tell me they are only in this for the short term. Once the corporate raid of 🇺🇸 is over, and the tax base and economy are destroyed they'll be gone with their hoarde and remaining citizens will be left to fend for themselves in a dystopian era.

Also want point out that NOAA is an open source repository for data from around the world. Incl longterm - lake, ocean, borehole, speleothem cores that document sequences of climate & environmental changes. Huge loss for global climate, environmental research if the facility disappears
