I was just diagnosed with ADD a few months ago at the age of 39. In hindsight, a lot of little behaviors like constant leg bouncing make more sense.

I hate it when someone tells me to stop bouncing my leg. I'm not usually aware of it until they say it, but feeling I'm supposed to stopper up that relief valve only makes me feel increasingly anxious.
