well, department of labor is supposed to back you up and any notice of termination means they give you severance pay, and you have the chance to find a better job and opportunity elsewhere, i'd rather you be in a healthy place than a secure one is what i wanna tell you

ive been working OT almost everyday for nearly 3 weeks now, its clearly not healthy. but it took several months for me to get this job, it's rough out there. im mostly afraid what will happen, but youre right, i need to set boundaries. ill just submit whatever i finish and whatever happens, happens

i hope it goes well and i hope your bosses have terrible things happen to them like annoying minor inconveniences like thinking it's just a fart but then it becomes a shart and long lines at every store they go to

like i worked so hard to secure a job, not doing what they ask me to just bc i want to set a boundary is a big risk. its fucked up i know, but its true that its hard to work in the creative industry w/o being exploited. at least it's been this way in the PH. its cruel.
