Cast members referred to them as Fan I and Fan II, one on each side of the land, but I don’t recall when each went away.

The thing that confused me is it looks like those (fabric? plastic?) tarp like coverings would be over tables and a seating area, yet it looks like there’s nothing at all under them.

I believe it’s scalloped fabric similar to the Tiki Room. Some tables on the left, and it looks like overflow Skyway queue on the right.
