The more excited I am about a scene, the harder it is to write - battle, party, dinner, sex, gaming, drinking... The list goes on. It's like Murphy's Lawn of Writing or something
Same. My climactic scene is what inspired this book, and when I finally got there it was so tricky. Satisfying to write, but so much slower to write than I had anticipated all along
Even in drawing it's the same thing, what I imagine in my head is such a magnificent masterpiece, and yet I can't even draw it with my current skill level 😔
I swear at this point I want to take a shot at rough sketching a scene before writing it.
Just hoping that the final sketch won't also be a white paper 🫠

You know exactly what you want, but describing movements, swings, the nitty-gritty details, that's the struggle.
Do you describe sound? Do you describe subtle scents? It's just... pain.
This is when I wish I lived in Star Trek or the MCU. I bet Tony Stark could invent that for me 🥺
