There should be a stoplight system for rating people on a danger scale to add to mass mailings.
🔴 = always reply-all, incl. to say thanks. Extreme danger for unnecessary emails. Do not add
🟡 = has been known to create unnecessary reply chains. Use caution
🟢 = Understands reply vs reply-all. Proceed

I sure hope people aren’t working.
And I highly doubt any academic setting works that way, considering how many professors I chase for MONTHS to email me back even with “OK!”
