Having fun doing my 2nd. Using up stash yarn so even better. I found 3 skeins of light fingering weight that go well enough together. The 2 bodies in more solid colors with the brim section in a white with sprinkles of color skein. I just started the brim section.

oooh I hope you will share it! It's such a good project for using up bits of yarn. My next one will be fingering weight, I think, as this one is DK and a bit too warm for my local climate when it's not February.

It's cashmere merino bloom, in reed gray and hydrangea blossom. I used nearly a full skein of each for the adult large sized hat. It is very beautiful yarn, but a bit expensive, so nice for a small project!
