It's not just to follow people it's a hashtag. Black people should use it as much as possible. Particularly when talking about Blackass shit for Blackass people.
Thank you kindly for giving a heads up, because they're not exactly clear with the instructions. The instructions here seem to recommend putting black sky in every post, but then that's necessarily not how hashtags work.
