Public services should always be fit for purpose and should never be privately owned. Since Thatcher's era, virtually all UK services and utilities have been sold off, often to foreign investors and always to the detriment of users who rely on them. 🙏 don't ever again vote for self harm.

How do we fight this? Ofwat are clearly on the side of the water companies and have been for years. Surely, there must be some way people can stand up to the water companies, Ofwat, and force the government to step in? This is just like bailing the banks out back in the financial crises.
