It might create something of a constitutional crisis because by law, Vance will already be the President of the Senate. I am not sure you can hold more than one position by senate rule, but nothing is impossible with autocrats.

I agree. All rules are going to be thrown out the window. Unfortunately, he is set up to do this easily with the house, senate and Supreme Court set up for his side only.
