I thought they had a great first period by limiting Vegas to 3 high danger scoring chances and then fell apart for the second period , they didn’t quit and finished strong in the 3rd .

I was concerned with the big Vegas line-up and how Lane would fare. He does such a great job blocking people out so they can't get to the puck. He doesn't always skate away with it, but a Hab usually does.

Ya know Slafkovsky isn't playing great and Dach was terrible but, to be a glass-half-full guy, at this point last year, Slafkovsky still kinda sucked and Dach was gone for the year. We've seen what both those guys can actually do, they just need to find the ON switch. Patience.
