Not EVERY game can be a huge game but, yeah, would be nice to keep the good vibes going. Trying to manage my expectations so I don’t get too disappointed if they stumble.

Yeah, I've always felt that the difference between a real contender and the rest is the ability to dictate the terms of the game. Up-and-coming teams that aren't contenders yet will play up, or down, to their opposition.

I've always wondered if the "thin air" applies while playing in an arena. I remember the days of the Expos and how the altitude played with all kinds of physics, and the stamina of players. But indoors?

As far as I know.. it's about altitude, which applies indoor as much as outdoor.
