Michael Hage and James Hagens are tied for u19 PPG lead with 25 points in 22 games in college hockey. No one else is above 1.0 PPG.
Donβt usually find someone this high calibre at 21 overall. Could be another theft.

_ Hagens is among the oldests of his draft class, Hage was on the younger side of his: Minimal age gap between them.
_ Hagens gets to play with the 2 best linemates in all NCAA who'd be touted as such even without him.
_ Hage has to carry the torch for his whole line & his team.
Thatβs where Wheeler had him
Itβs not very often they draft who you want outside the top 5 range
Plenty of intriguing possibilities.
Thank you , Kent .
I think Hage returns to Michigan next season and depending on his play , perhaps Laval , perhaps Habs in 2 years ...
But I donβt know if that they had any inclination that they also needed to contemplate Eiserman
But then it all became moot.
Kent also confirmed that even if Eiserman was available, Hage was the target.
Thank fuck I am not our GM π.
Hage looks pretty solid to me !!!
