Another strong night for the Habs confidence in the future but another loss.
But why are the standards changing so drastically in the playoffs, it’s WWE with weapons? It’s not how to sell this beautiful game.

The rules changing is my least favourite part of the playoffs and I'm glad someone is calling it out. I love the speed, skill, and creativity of hockey, and playoff rules seemingly kill it
It's a different sport in the playoffs unfortunately. In a couple years when the xhekaj bros are playing it will help.
Finishing your check and more physical play is the difference in playoff hockey. The refs still have to call the late hits the high cross checks to the face. How does Anderson get those calls against him when so many such hits by the Caps are not? That’s on the refs.
...NHL playoff officiating has ALWAYS been a joke...#GoHabsGo
Game 7 of the final last year was more like rugby on ice than hockey.
I'm tired of the "let the players decide things..."
It's just business, right Gary Bettman?
“ Hockey is such a game of chaos.”
It is a disgrace how the refs become silent partners to muggings and assaults during the playoffs.
This is not just a Habs complaint as I'm also watching other games.
It's insanity.
2. Viewership declines as playoffs go on, as season runs too late - wrap it up by May 31. We are enjoying summertime in June.
3. should MSL consider some lineup changes for game 3?
I don't get how crosschecks to the face doesn't end up in a 2 game suspension.
Bettman playing ostrich doesn’t fool the fans!
Watching Hutson, Slaf, and even Demidov starting to adapt to the pace and intensity is invaluable for the future.
And the Habs have had them humbled on their heels for long stretches. These kids are on the verge of something special!
As a wise man once said.. safe is death. :)
Let’s see if last change & that crowd can get them over the hump for that 1st win.
The rule book is terribly written.
Officials aren’t properly trained, instructed and managed.
DOPS has no structure.
And referees call a game with the goal of keeping things close and “not affecting the result”.

You made all the point!
Thuggery is the word!
