Some elderly people in nursing homes, in the hospital or disabled people wouldn’t be able to travel very far, plus wait for hours once they get there. That’s so awful!!! 😡

I serve 84 senior communities as a Mobile Notary, Jon. Everyone I visit offers it's residents presentations on Smart Phones, Comps, Email etc. If they need to change their direct deposit account beginning March 31 the ID issue is huge, due to immobility, fewer SS offices, senior use of flip phones

I hope Seniors understand this and fight to keep Social Security a US Government program and DON'T allow it to be invested with private equity. After all, look what private equity did to the housing market, rural hospitals, companies with jobs, etc. etc. And they are filthy rich because of it.

So I'm an EE with many decades XP (enough to claim by SS benefits) & I needed to go to the local office after filing online. Even before this admin, I had to wait for an appointment, went to a crowded office where guards sent people back to their cars to wait once the waiting room was at capacity.
