I loved that game! Got it with a LucasArts pack with other memorable titles: Full Throttle, Day of the Tentacle, Sam & Max, and some Star Wars stuff that I *don't* remember.
Dude I've been trying to remember what this damn game was for decades. I vaguely recall playing some of it when I was little, and I love point and click adventure games so this is the best thing ever! Thank you for sharing!
I loved this game. Still remember one night waking up because I dreamed about the solution of the stone wheel challenge. And then kept playing the rest of the night!
These old Lucasarts point and click games are what I miss these days, an adventure. The Dig still stands as a favorite of mine, replayed it a while back it's still as good as before. Wonderful voice acting and atmosphere.
It's honestly the only thing I remember about that game other than the oricalcum beads and Indie saying "Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers" into the hole in Atlantis
My memory of it is hazy as well, but I do remember liking it quite a bit. It's also a much better take on "Indiana Jones + aliens" than the actual film with that premise, IMHO.
Never got to play that one. Looks similar to King's Quest, which I got to play briefly at a Radio Shack. Created by Roberta Williams, the unappreciated queen of early video games.
No doubt, I coulda used an emotional support guinea pig while I played Fate of Atlantis. For some reason, LucasArts games would randomly crash on my computer. 😫
