I need more people to understand independent & traditional publish are not interchangeable. I’m not going trad for prestige or bc I don’t value indie; it’s bc when I started writing, indie pub wasn’t really a thing, so I didn’t invest - lot of time in developing the skills I’d need to thrive there.
