This did help me to identify that I absolutely have the same patterns, but I don't think about them or properly work with them (more of an against them model). I think this really will improve my completion rate on projects (yay to a smaller project graveyard folder).

Watched this the other night, it was so cool seeing how you build the plans and motivations to make your art, and the dissection of the creative flow was explained superbly! It was also jarring to see that I've been doing some of the things mentioned and never noticed them until now! Amazing video!
