These generally have very good handling. I hope the steering/suspension/tires aren't toast.

Their handling was usually a lot more like a car than one might expect. Though that did depend on wear. (Am referring to those I worked on when I was doing JDM at the garage.)

I think if I had one of these, I would engine swap it with a 2006 Scion xB. You'd get better fuel economy, and a bit more power.

In Japan little lunch box has it's perks due to being a kei car like discounted gas at gas stations.

No idea how it will work in the land of big trucks. Anyway still a lovely car can be slow but what is worth it is the travel experience it gives lol
