Looks pretty good to me. I would have wished for another colonel or something like that, but I'll take this tally any day.
So reducing russian capacity in actively running air defense systems is a big deal.
Ukraine uses weapons to stop russian aggression.
russia uses weapons against civilian targets to scare the west and terrorise the local population.
But this one was down for repairs. And you can have literal magic air defence with 100% success rate, it won't do you much good when it is turned off.
UA would not track switched-off and long-distance transported trucks
at such distance=millions people, companies and soldier groups each need daily thousands
And Ukraine has only tens ATACMS
Were you or skeet-author personally at that ATACMS hit-place or start-place?
Why believe some telegram "truthposter" his vehicle was "surely at the moment serviced"?
No,we do know how ATACMS is aimed
=surely it is not "8x8 truck camera recognition" but RADAR sensing
It has positional guidance - you punch in coordinates and it flies there. No adjustment after firing is possible
So if you detect a part of AA battery being repaired (via satellite image or traditional intelligence), you yeet one there.
