Looks good, but how does it deal with interference and is it semi automated, also it there a plan to scale up production if its to be used in anger? Otherwise I'm not sure what niche it fills. Like it'll be a lot of effort to transport and use compared to a flying drone which just drops grenades
IMHO, a granade or automatic mortar launcher would be more interesting as the robot will offer a very small signature to detect by other drones. And, as you said, what role they will have.
The irony of that .50 cal, what may be some the oldest firearm technology on the battlefield today, married to the highest tech ground robotic vehicle, is simply incredible.
How do you clear a malfunction in case it jams?
I mean... It's been known to happen with the M2.
(Yes, even FN weapons have a malfunction from time to time)
