This is what happens when you burn NATO to the ground.
Now America will be unable to pay for the F-35 program on its own, and we will no longer be able to keep our air superiority.
But hey, trannies?!? Immma right???
French Rafale
Saab Gripen
Dassault Rafale
Biden stopped Sweden from sending Gripens and Airborne Surveillance and Control aircraft (ASC 890).
Biden stopped the use of English/French Storm Shadows.
The list goes on and on.
US is NOT a reliable partner. and won't be for generations.

However, a re-thinking of those needs offers several very capable European platforms.
It should also be noted that a substantial number of key F35 parts are made by European countries.
Is there a better Russian plane than EuroFighter?
You can base your security in a plane where it can be disabled by a not reliable country.
Look the F16, where Trump has disabled the EW in the F16 donated by Europe fighting in Ukraine.
You don't need the best of the breed. A plane that can acomplish the mission, afordable (price) and that it's supplied by reliable countries.
With the shift in the war from conventional tanks and airplanes and onto drones and missiles that can be launched from inside ones own airspace question is if these things have not made the F35 kind of redundant.
At least, this is my understanding, and may be outdated.
weapons industries.
USA cannot be trusted.
We need to step up for the next generation of unmanned war fight.
(I’m sure the rest of the world eg Israel, eg Jordan, thinks same.)
The Gripen uses US-based radar and engine.
The Typhoon uses baked-in US tech.
The Golden Eagle uses US-based radar & engines.
All three types noted depend on US approval for use.
Up until recently it was an infection that could be 'lived with'--few nations using US dependent tech seemed to care enough to do it on their own (except France) and now it's potentially a REALLY big problem!
