It's hard to see if this is caused by the detonation or normal russian influence on the environment. This is what I envision most of their country looks like.

They probably managed to fly most planes away, but those that remained there for whatever reason must be somewhat shaken. Based on the explosion this will take some time for Russia to recover their stockpile.
Unfortunately, it's extremely difficult to hit the aircraft at the airfield. As soon as Ukraine launches drones and missiles, the aircraft will be escorted to safety.
One option would be for sabotage teams to damage the aircraft at the airfield using small drones, preventing them from taking off. They could then be destroyed by drones or missiles.
