Note how much the depot has been expanded. The comparison image is likely from mid-2024. And north of it, they had already begun stockpiling material. Based on the extent of the destruction, at least 80% of the weapons have been destroyed. Almost 100% of the buildings are definitely destroyed.
It's very difficult to say where the first impact occurred. There may have been a second drone that came through. Given the large craters, it could also have had underground storage facilities. Position 2 is about 30 meters long, position 3 about 50 meters. I'd estimate 5 to 6 meters wide.

1) is the original impact
2) secondary explosion
3) something big came down from 1 or 2
