Finding that Black Market Baby album for $6 on the west coast in the early 90s was probably one of my best record finds ever. A close second to that was finding the Double O 7" for like $2 at the same record store.

Damn ! Half my life is here . SV I first read about in MRR and I could not believe when I finally got my hands on one . Zines were lifeblood for UShardcore fans outside the US like me in the early 80s . I made notes on every page. Every review . Thank you 🙏

Seriously tho . Boston / MA HC was my absolute obsession for a time. SV gave me the perspectives and realities outside of the myths and legends built up in my mind . Part of my taste widening tho I didn’t realise it as much at the time . ❤️
