SNES - If you like beat em ups, Battletoads and Double Dragon. It has far fewer gimmick stages compared to other BT games.
N64: Star Fox 64 will never get old.

GBA - You did Fusion, so the next logical step is to say Zero Mission.
Gen (because why not) - Phantasy. Star. 4.
Genesis is fair game too! Wily Wars is on my shortlist just because that game was only available via Sega Channel back in '94 and hasn't seen a re-release until fairly recently.
....And Shining Force 1/2....
....And Streets of Rage 2...
...And Pulseman....
And even Zero Wing. Meme aside that one's a solid side scroller shooter.
But also the original Paper Mario, the Turok games, Jet Force Gemini, Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, Kirby the Crystal Sharts, and any of the GBA fire emblem.
And Zelda 2 if you're ready to give up on games.
Aside from that, I am eager to try Mario & Luigi and a Fire Emblem game that isn't Heroes.
