The answer is yes. He will sue virtually everyone he thinks has slighted him. Real or perceived slights, doesn’t matter. He knows most people or even business don’t have the money to be tied up in litigation.

Anybody can sue anyone at any time for anything, it's just a matter of filing paperwork. Trump is in a better position because he has unlimited financial backing so it forces the other party to settle, then Trump can tout that he won the lawsuit, and his claims were validated. Truth doesn't matter.

He wants to invoke the alien and sedition act to go after immigrants. A lot of people miss the sedition part.

It makes it a crime to "print, utter, or publish . . . any false, scandalous, and malicious writing" about the government.
