That's crazy expensive. I've tried and purchased a few writing software's but honestly, the bells and whistles are a distraction for me. They offer nothing new. I always go back to basics and use Word.
Same. I hear people rave about Atticus and Scrivener, and I use the German version of Papyrus for my translations. I fail to see the USP of papyrus English.
I bought Atticus and used it to re-format several books using it. While they looked nice on the app, the downloads of epub and pdf that I sent out for a Storygraph giveaway were all corrupted. I had 50+emails from readers asking for another version. It was a pain in the arse. Never again!
Ugh. That's awful. I'm so done with trying the 'next big thing' because every supposed advancement is shitter than the last. And it all has AI built in with no way to opt-out. I'll stick with Word 2017 on my old laptop for as long as I can.
